Claude managed service · Singapore
Managed Claude operations in Singapore
Going live is the start, not the finish. We run your Claude agents in production for you — monitoring, evaluations, governance and SLA-backed support — so they keep performing as your data, prompts and business change. From our Singapore office, by a member of the Anthropic Claude Partner Network.
What a managed service covers
Monitored, not forgotten
We watch quality, cost and latency in production — catching drift, prompt regressions and cost spikes before they become your problem.
Evals on every change
A golden set of your real cases, run on every prompt, model or document change, so an update never quietly makes the agent worse.
Governed & auditable
PDPC-aligned handling, access controls, and a machine-readable audit trail maintained over time — the ongoing evidence a Singapore review expects.
SLA-backed support
A support agreement with response commitments, plus a named team that knows your deployment — not a ticket queue.
Why agents need managing
An AI agent isn't a fixed piece of software — its behaviour shifts as your documents update, your prompts evolve, models change, and edge cases arrive. Left unmanaged, accuracy drifts, costs creep, and no one notices until a bad output surfaces. A managed service keeps the agent honest: measured, versioned, and improving.
- Quality, cost and latency monitored against agreed thresholds
- Regression-tested on a golden set before any change ships
- Model tiering tuned to keep cost down without losing accuracy
- Governance and audit trail maintained, not just set up once
- Regular reporting so you can see exactly how it's performing
Cost control, in SGD
We manage the AI usage cost, not just the uptime — prompt caching for stable context, batching where latency allows, and model tiering (Haiku for volume, Sonnet for reasoning, Opus for the hard calls) so you spend on the reasoning you actually need. Reported and forecast in Singapore dollars.
From build to run — or run what you have
If we built the agent, managed operations is the natural next step. If another team built it, we can take it on: we start with a health check and an eval baseline, then run it under the same monitoring and governance. Either way, you keep ownership; we keep it performing.
See exactly what we build
The same agentic patterns we deploy for Singapore businesses — worked through, use case by use case, and cost-modelled in SGD.
Common questions
- What does a Claude managed service include?
- Production monitoring of quality, cost and latency; regression evals on every change; governance and audit-trail upkeep; model-cost optimisation; regular reporting; and SLA-backed support from a named team. Scoped to your deployment and reported in SGD.
- Can you manage an agent we (or another vendor) built?
- Yes. We start with a health check and an eval baseline on your real cases, then run it under our monitoring and governance. You keep ownership of the system and the data throughout.
- How is it priced?
- A monthly managed-service fee scoped to the deployment's size and criticality, plus the underlying Claude usage (which we help keep down). We quote in Singapore dollars after a short review.
- Is it compliant with Singapore requirements?
- We maintain PDPC-aligned data handling and the audit trail over the life of the service, and keep the deployment mapped to IMDA's agentic-AI governance expectations — governance is ongoing, not a one-time setup.
