End-User Licence Agreement

This End-User Licence Agreement ("Agreement") is between you (the business or person installing or using the connector) and Anchor Sprint Pte. Ltd. (UEN 202632732Z), 7 Temasek Boulevard, #12-07 Suntec Tower One, Singapore 038987 ("Anchor Sprint", "we", "us"). It covers the Anchor Sprint QuickBooks Connector for Claude ("Connector").

By installing, connecting or using the Connector, you agree to this Agreement. If you are accepting for a business, you confirm you are authorised to do so. If you do not agree, do not install or use the Connector.

We grant you a non-exclusive, non-transferable, non-sublicensable, revocable licence to install and use the Connector for your own internal business purposes, under this Agreement.

You may not sell, rent, sublicense or distribute the Connector; reverse engineer it except where the law allows; remove notices from it; or use it to build a competing product or to access data you are not authorised to access. We keep all rights not expressly granted.

The Connector lets the Claude Desktop application on your computer read data from your QuickBooks Online company after you authorise it through Intuit's sign-in. It can read:

• profit and loss reports;
• GST tax codes and GST transaction detail;
• bank account transactions.

Access is read-only. The Connector cannot create, change or delete any data in QuickBooks. It does not file tax returns, make payments or send anything to Intuit, IRAS or any other party on your behalf.

• Keep your computer, your Claude account and your QuickBooks credentials secure. Anyone who can use your computer may be able to use the Connector.
• Only connect QuickBooks companies you are authorised to access.
• Review all AI-generated output before you rely on it. Claude can make mistakes. Figures it prepares, including GST F5 figures, are a working draft for review by you and your accountant. They are not a tax filing, and not tax, accounting or legal advice.
• Comply with the laws that apply to you and with the terms of Intuit and Anthropic.

QuickBooks data flows directly between Intuit and your computer, and is processed there by your Claude application. Anchor Sprint does not receive, store or share your QuickBooks data. The OAuth access token is stored only on your computer.

Our Privacy Notice explains this in more detail. Data you send to Claude is handled under Anthropic's terms and privacy policy, not ours.

The Connector works with Intuit QuickBooks Online and Anthropic's Claude. Those services are provided by Intuit and Anthropic under their own terms, and we are not responsible for their availability, changes or conduct. You need your own accounts with both.

The Connector is provided "as is" and "as available". To the extent the law allows, we make no warranties, express or implied, including about merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy, or that the Connector will be uninterrupted or error-free. We do not warrant the accuracy of any output produced by Claude.

To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special or consequential loss, or for loss of profits, revenue, data or goodwill, arising from the Connector or this Agreement.

Our total liability for all claims arising from the Connector or this Agreement is limited to the fees you paid us for the Connector.

Nothing in this Agreement limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

You can stop using the Connector at any time by disconnecting it in QuickBooks (Settings > Apps / Connected apps) or by removing the extension from Claude Desktop.

We may suspend or end your licence if you breach this Agreement, or if we stop offering the Connector. When the licence ends, you must stop using the Connector and remove it. Sections that by their nature should survive (including Your data, No warranty, Limitation of liability and Governing law) survive termination.

We may update the Connector and this Agreement. We will post the updated Agreement on this page with a new effective date. If you keep using the Connector after a change, the updated Agreement applies.

This Agreement is governed by the laws of Singapore, and the courts of Singapore have jurisdiction over any dispute arising from it.
