Anthropic Certification Track

Both courses are taught from the official Anthropic Partner Academy prep paths, which we hold access to as members of the Claude Partner Network. The capstone is built on your team's own workflows — and we file the HRD Corp grant and claim.

Claude Certified Associate — Foundations Prep

2 days · non-technical — operations, marketing, finance, HR and team leads

Hands-on preparation for the Claude Certified Associate: Foundations exam, taught from the official Partner Academy Associate path — everyday Claude use, Projects, Skills and Claude Cowork. The capstone is built on each participant's own workflow, not a sample — so the prep work is useful on Monday even before the exam. The exam fee is US$99.

Claude Certified Architect — Foundations Prep

2 days · technical — engineers and solution architects

The Anthropic API, Claude Code, Agent Skills and MCP, taught by people who run these systems in production. Labs use your own stack where access allows. The exam fee is US$125.

Said plainly: we prepare candidates. Anthropic awards the certification, through proctored, identity-verified Pearson exams — we never award it.

Vibe Engineering: from no software background to running a production app.

Claude Code writes the code. The human learns the engineering discipline around it — specifying, versioning, testing, deploying, operating. This is not a developer course, and nobody is expected to write code.

Vibe Engineering — Foundation

1 day · non-engineers: founders, operations, analysts, marketers · no prerequisites

From idea to first working software, deployed to a live URL by the end of the day. Git is taught first — as the undo button that makes every mistake recoverable — and participants learn to direct Claude Code: describe precisely, read what comes back, ask for changes.

Vibe Engineering — Basic

2 days · for Foundation graduates · still no code-writing expected

The practices that separate a demo from a product: tests as the contract for what working means, environments and secrets, reading a diff before accepting it, and a real deploy pipeline from staging to production.

Vibe Engineering — Advance

2 days · for Basic graduates · where it works becomes it runs

Running production at scale: monitoring you will actually read, backups and rollback rehearsed rather than assumed, security and PDPA-aware data handling, cost engineering, and a runbook your business keeps. Knowing when to bring in an engineer is taught as an engineering practice — not an admission of failure.

Every level runs at least four hours, so the series is HRD Corp claimable — and we file the claim.

Custom In-House Class

1–3 days · scoped per client · built on your workflows

A tailored workshop assembled from our module library against your actual processes. The scoping produces the e-TRiS document set — quotation, training schedule and trainer profile — so one document set serves two uses. Workshops run a minimum of four hours to stay claimable, with a 14-day lead time after grant approval.

Associate Trainer Programme

rolling intake · practitioners who hold or are preparing a Claude certification

Train-the-trainer: co-deliver cohorts under a lead trainer, take a revenue share on cohorts you bring or teach, and stay part of the community. It is how the academy grows — alumni become delivery capacity.

Academy Collab — universities, polytechnics & academies

per-institution partnerships · Malaysian and Singaporean institutions first

Curriculum co-designed on Anthropic's free AI Fluency tracks for educators and students, train-the-lecturer delivery, industry capstones drawn from our deployment work, and a student pathway to the US$99 Claude Certified Associate exam.

In Singapore, engagements are partnerships with institutions, never funded courses — we are not an SSG Registered Training Provider.

We prepare the HRD Corp-ready quotation, training schedule and trainer profile from the same scoping conversation.

e-TRiS grant application
The grant application goes into e-TRiS with that document set, before the course starts.

14-day wait
In-house training can be delivered 14 days after grant approval — so allow about three weeks end to end.

Deliver, then claim
We deliver the course, then file the claim for you — it must be submitted within six months of completion.

Questions about Anchor Academy

Yes. Every course is designed to meet HRD Corp's requirements for claimable training, including the minimum four-hour duration. We prepare the quotation, training schedule and trainer profile the e-TRiS grant application needs, and we file the grant and the claim for you.

If you employ 10 or more Malaysian employees, registration with HRD Corp is compulsory and the levy is 1% of wages. Employers with 5 to 9 Malaysian employees can register voluntarily at 0.5%. If you are levy-registered, that levy is what pays for this training.

Anthropic does, through proctored, identity-verified exams delivered by Pearson. We prepare candidates using the official Anthropic Partner Academy prep paths we hold access to as Claude Partner Network members — we never award the certification ourselves.

In-house training can be delivered 14 days after HRD Corp grant approval. Allow about three weeks from quotation to delivery: a few days to prepare and submit the e-TRiS application, then the 14-day window after approval.

Yes — that is the definition of the series. Claude Code writes the code; participants learn the engineering discipline around it, from version control to tests to production operations. Foundation assumes nothing beyond everyday computer use, and by the end of day one participants have shipped working software to a live URL.

We deliver corporate training in Singapore on a commercial basis — we are not an SSG Registered Training Provider, so there is no SSG funding to claim. HRD Corp is a Malaysian scheme; the levy claim applies to Malaysian employers only. Institutional engagements (Academy Collab) are partnerships, never funded courses.
