    You're the front line of how Malaysian businesses discover what AI can actually do for them. You find the companies with real problems, show them what's now possible with agentic AI and our products, and turn curiosity into partnerships — then stay close while our team makes them succeed. Part hunter, part translator, part trusted advisor.

    What you'll do

    • Find and open conversations with Malaysian SMEs and enterprises who'd benefit from AI agents, automation, and our products
    • Understand a business's real pain, map it to a concrete AI solution, and make the value — and the ROI — obvious in plain language
    • Own the deal from first hello to signed partnership, working hand-in-hand with our engineers and forward-deployed team
    • Build the pipeline, playbooks, and relationships that grow Anchor Sprint's AI solutions business — and bring the voice of the market back to the team

    What we're looking for

    • You love talking to people and you're genuinely excited about AI — you can make a sceptical business owner curious
    • Some B2B sales, consulting, or business development experience — or a real track record of persuading people and getting things done
    • You pick up technical concepts fast enough to be credible, and explain them simply
    • Self-driven, organised, and comfortable owning a number
    • Bonus: a network across Malaysian SMEs or enterprises, or experience selling software and tech

    Forward Deployed Engineer

    Take frontier AI from demo to deployed — inside real Malaysian businesses.

    You are the bridge between what's now possible with AI and what actually ships. You embed with our customers, design and build agentic AI on the ground, and own the outcome — not a backlog of tickets. One week you're wiring Claude into a client's WhatsApp; the next you're rethinking how their whole front office runs.

    What you'll do

    • Embed with Malaysian SMEs and enterprises, learn how they really work, and design AI agents that solve their hardest workflows
    • Build end-to-end — prototype to production — with Claude, TypeScript/Python, and our agent platform
    • Integrate with the messy real world: WhatsApp, accounting systems like SQL Accounting and AutoCount, CRMs, and internal tools
    • Measure success by whether the customer's business actually changed — then feed what you learn back into better products for everyone

    What we're looking for

    • You ship. You'd rather have something live this week than perfect next quarter
    • Strong engineering fundamentals (TypeScript or Python) and the curiosity to learn whatever the problem needs
    • Comfortable in front of customers — you listen, translate vague pain into a concrete build, and explain tech without the jargon
    • You think in systems and outcomes, and ambiguity energises rather than scares you
    • Bonus: you've shipped something with LLMs, agents, or integrations that real people used

    You'll work hands-on with the frontier on problems that genuinely matter to real businesses — with the autonomy to decide how, and the leverage of a small team. What you build goes live in weeks, and you'll see the difference with your own eyes.

    Product Engineer Intern

    Ship real AI product from day one — not coffee runs.

    This is not a watch-and-learn internship. You'll write code that ships to real users, build features across our products — EzyChat, EzyTeam, EzySQL, MySalesFlow — and learn how modern AI software actually gets made, fast, alongside engineers who'll push you to level up.

    What you'll do

    • Build real features across our web app and AI products, front to back
    • Work with Claude and agentic AI — prompt it, evaluate it, integrate it — and learn what actually makes an AI product good
    • Turn ideas into shipped things: prototype on Monday, demo on Friday
    • Get real ownership of a slice of product, with mentorship and code review that levels you up fast

    What we're looking for

    • You're a student or recent grad who builds things — side projects, hackathons, anything you couldn't stop tinkering with
    • Some coding in any language (we use TypeScript/React and Python) — hunger and curiosity matter more than a perfect CV
    • You learn fast, ask sharp questions, and aren't afraid to be wrong
    • Bonus: you've played with AI or LLMs, shipped a side project, or have real design taste

    Why it's exciting

    Most internships hand you a sandbox. We hand you the real thing. You'll finish having shipped production AI features, worked with the same frontier models the biggest labs use, and learned more in a few months than a year of theory. Our best interns become full-time.
