Anchor Sprint Sdn Bhd (1535934-D) is responsible for this website and the personal data collected through it. Our office: No. 68-1, Jalan Setia Utama AS U13/AS, Setia Alam, Seksyen U13, 40170 Shah Alam, Selangor, Malaysia.

We also operate in Singapore through Anchor Sprint Pte. Ltd. (UEN 202632732Z), 7 Temasek Boulevard, #12-07 Suntec Tower One, Singapore 038987. In this notice, "we", "us" and "our" mean both companies.

• Through our forms: your name, email address, company, phone number (where the form asks for it), website address, the details of your enquiry (for example products, quantities, project needs or the course you are interested in), and whether you agreed to marketing emails, with the time, page and language of that choice.
• Through the chat assistant, WhatsApp or email: whatever you choose to send us.
• Automatically, through Google Analytics: pages you visit, device and browser type, approximate location derived from your IP address, the site that referred you, and interactions such as button clicks and form submissions. We do not send your email address to Google Analytics.
• Cookies and browser storage: Google Analytics uses cookies. Our site also stores, in your browser, whether you accepted the cookie notice and whether you have already seen our feedback prompt.

• To reply to your enquiry, prepare quotations and provide the services you ask about.
• To deliver downloads you request, such as a report or the calculator's Excel file.
• To understand how the website is used and improve it.
• To keep records of our communications and meet our legal obligations.
• Marketing — only if you tick the consent box: emails about events, promotions and new products.

Marketing consent is optional. The box is never pre-ticked, and you can submit any form without ticking it. If you do tick it, we record the wording you agreed to, the date and time, the page and the language.

You can withdraw consent at any time by using the unsubscribe link in any marketing email, or by emailing general@anchorsprint.com. Withdrawing does not affect how we reply to your enquiries.

We do not sell your personal data. We share it only with service providers that process it on our behalf:

• a form delivery provider (Web3Forms), which passes your form submission to our inbox;
• our email and customer relationship management (CRM) providers, used to manage enquiries and, where you agreed, marketing emails;
• website analytics (Google Analytics);
• the hosting and AI service providers that run our website and chat assistant.

We may also disclose data where the law requires it.

Some of these providers store or process data on servers outside Malaysia and Singapore. When that happens, we take reasonable steps to use providers that protect the data appropriately.

We keep enquiry and download records for as long as we need them to respond to you and for our ongoing business relationship, and after that for as long as legal, tax or accounting rules require. Marketing consent records are kept while we send you marketing and for a reasonable period afterwards, so we can show the consent was valid. Data we no longer need is deleted or anonymised.

We take practical steps to protect personal data from loss, misuse and unauthorised access, such as limiting access to the people who need it and using encrypted connections (HTTPS). No method of sending data over the internet is completely secure, however.

Subject to the law, you can:

• ask for access to the personal data we hold about you;
• ask us to correct data that is inaccurate, incomplete or out of date;
• withdraw your consent, and ask us to limit how we process your data;
• tell us to stop sending you direct marketing, at any time.

Fields a form marks as required are needed for us to reply. If you do not provide them, we may not be able to respond or deliver what you asked for. Marketing consent is always optional.
