    What's new in 1.0.5

    • New: the connector is licensed per PC for 12 months. Activate it once from the tray icon, under Licence, with your work email and company name. This starts a 7-day trial, and Anchor Sprint activates the full licence after payment. When the licence is not valid, the connector cannot be used.
    • Removed the Advanced section from Settings. The connector always uses your live QuickBooks company, so there is nothing to choose.

    Requirements

    • Windows 10 or Windows 11, 64-bit
    • Claude Desktop installed and signed in
    • A QuickBooks Online company admin to connect the company

    The installer is signed by Anchor Sprint Pte. Ltd.. It installs for the current Windows user only and does not need admin rights.

    Install in 4 steps

    1. Download the installer

      Click Download for Windows above, enter your details, and save AnchorSprint-QBO-Connector-win-x64.exe.

    2. Run the installer

      Open the file. Windows shows the publisher as Anchor Sprint Pte. Ltd.; if it shows anything else, do not continue. It installs for your Windows user only and does not need admin rights.

    3. Restart Claude Desktop

      Quit Claude Desktop fully (including from the system tray) and open it again so it loads the connector.

    4. Connect to QuickBooks

      Click the Anchor Sprint icon in the Windows system tray and choose Connect to QuickBooks. A QuickBooks admin signs in on Intuit's page. On the callback page, click Copy all and paste it into the Connect window.

    Read-only, and your data stays with you

    The connector only reads. It cannot create, change or delete anything in your QuickBooks company.

    Your QuickBooks data goes straight from your PC to QuickBooks. Sign-in goes through Anchor Sprint's sign-in service, which stores nothing; the sign-in token is kept only on your PC.
