Claude training for teams in Kuala Lumpur and Selangor
This is our home market. Our office is in Setia Alam, Shah Alam, so a Klang Valley cohort costs you no trainer travel and is the fastest one we can fill — most of the people who register with us are within an hour's drive of it. If you are weighing dates, KL and Selangor cohorts open first, simply because the pool is largest.
Who tends to come from the Klang Valley
The KL and Selangor mix is professional services, finance back-office, retail and F&B head offices, and the shared-service centres that cluster around Cyberjaya and PJ. That shapes what we teach: the highest-volume, highest-repetition work here is document handling, reporting and correspondence rather than shop-floor data — so the labs use variance commentary, supplier correspondence, policy drafting and reporting rather than production examples.
What the labs actually use
The capstone is built on your own workflow, not a sample. These are the ones that come up most often here.
Finance back-office
Monthly variance commentary, reconciliation narrative, and drafting responses to auditor queries. High volume, text-heavy, and reviewed by a human before it goes anywhere — which is why a first draft that is 80% right is genuinely useful.
Shared-service centres
The same request arriving a hundred times a week in slightly different words. Teams here get the most from classification and routing work, and from learning where an agent must escalate rather than guess.
Professional services
Proposal drafting, meeting minutes, and turning a messy client email thread into a structured brief. The capstone is built on the firm's own templates.

How a cohort opens
We do not run a fixed public calendar. Cohorts open per city, when enough people in that city have registered — which is why this page asks for your interest rather than your card.
- 01
You register interest
No payment, no commitment. Tell us the course, how many people, and which months suit you.
- 02
We watch the numbers for your city
Cohorts open per location, not nationally. We tell you honestly where the count stands rather than leaving you guessing.
- 03
The cohort fills, we schedule it
Once there are enough participants we confirm dates and send the quotation, plus the grant paperwork where it applies.
- 04
A certified trainer runs it
We bring in a trainer holding the Claude certification for that track — Architect for the technical course, Associate for the non-technical one — and they teach it in person.
Delivery in the Klang Valley
In your office, anywhere from KL city centre to PJ, Subang, Shah Alam, Puchong or Cyberjaya. No trainer travel cost, and we can run a two-day course across two consecutive days or split it across two weeks if taking the whole team out at once is not realistic. Minimum for an in-house cohort is around six people; below that, joining a public KL cohort is usually better value and we will say so.
HRD Corp claimable
If you employ ten or more Malaysian employees you already pay the 1% levy, and every course here clears the four-hour claimable minimum. We prepare the quotation, training schedule and trainer profile, file the grant application through e-TRiS, and submit the claim after the course. In-house training can run 14 days after grant approval, so allow about three weeks end to end.
We prepare candidates. Anthropic awards the certification, through proctored, identity-verified Pearson exams — we never award it.
Kuala Lumpur — common questions
When will a Kuala Lumpur cohort open?
KL and Selangor cohorts fill fastest because the pool is largest and there is no trainer travel to schedule around. Register your interest with the course and months that suit you, and we will tell you where the numbers stand rather than leaving you waiting on a mailing list. The first intake is September 2026.
Can you run the training at our office in PJ or Cyberjaya?
Yes — in-house delivery anywhere in the Klang Valley, at no trainer travel cost. In-house usually makes sense from about six people; below that a public cohort is better value and we will tell you so rather than sell you a private course you do not need.
Is Claude training in KL HRD Corp claimable?
Yes, provided your company is registered with HRD Corp and paying the levy — compulsory at ten or more Malaysian employees, optional at five to nine. Every course clears the four-hour minimum. We file the grant application and the claim for you.

Not sure which course your team needs?
Tell us the workflow that repeats and how many people are involved. We will tell you which track fits, and whether a cohort in your city is close to opening.
