Once there are enough participants we confirm dates and send the quotation, plus the grant paperwork where it applies.

A certified trainer runs it
We bring in a trainer holding the Claude certification for that track — Architect for the technical course, Associate for the non-technical one — and they teach it in person.
Delivery in Penang
In your plant or office, on the island or in Seberang Perai. The trainer travels from the Klang Valley, so Penang cohorts need slightly more lead time and a firmer date than a KL one — we confirm travel once the cohort is committed. Minimum is around eight people for an in-house Penang cohort, because the travel is fixed cost regardless of class size. Two manufacturers in the same industrial park sometimes combine into one cohort; we are happy to arrange that.
HRD Corp claimable
The same levy mechanics apply as anywhere in Malaysia: 1% of wages, compulsory at ten or more Malaysian employees, and every course clears the four-hour minimum. Under HRD Corp rules the claimable costs are not only the trainer fee — meal allowance, training-room rental and the trainer's transport can be included, which matters more for Penang than for a Klang Valley cohort.
We prepare candidates. Anthropic awards the certification, through proctored, identity-verified Pearson exams — we never award it.
Penang — common questions
Do you actually come to Penang, or is it online?
In person, in your plant or office, on the island or in Seberang Perai. The trainer travels from the Klang Valley, which is why Penang cohorts need a firmer date and a slightly larger minimum — around eight people — than a KL cohort. Online delivery is possible if you prefer it, but the labs work considerably better in the room.
Is the training relevant to manufacturing rather than office work?
That is the point of running a Penang cohort separately. The labs use production and quality workflows — nonconformity records, shift handover notes, supplier correspondence and specification queries — rather than the finance and reporting examples that suit a Klang Valley cohort. The capstone is built on your own process.
Can two companies in the same industrial park share a cohort?
Yes, and it is often the fastest way to open one in Penang. The trainer travel is a fixed cost, so two smaller groups combining into one cohort reaches the minimum sooner and costs each company less than a private class. Tell us in your registration and we will look for a match.
