    Two modules, taken together or on their own

    Every lab uses your team's own documents and tasks, not a sample. Feature names below are OpenAI's own.

    Module 1

    ChatGPT at work: from chat to real output

    For everyday business teams: operations, finance, HR, sales, marketing and customer service.

    Most teams use ChatGPT as a chat box. This module moves them to finished work they can send, file or present.

    • Writing and analysis

      Draft emails, reports and proposals from your own notes. Then check the answer before it reaches a customer or a manager.

    • Projects

      Keep the files, chats and instructions for one piece of work in one place, so nobody re-explains the context. Shared projects let a team work from the same set.

    • Custom GPTs

      Turn a task your team repeats every week into a custom GPT, with its own instructions and reference files.

    • File uploads and data analysis

      Upload spreadsheets and documents, ask questions of the data, and get tables and charts back. Then check the numbers yourself.

    • Deep research

      Use deep research for questions that need more than one search. Read what it finds critically before you rely on it.

    • Connecting company apps

      Connect tools such as Microsoft 365, Google Drive and Slack, so ChatGPT works from company knowledge, within the access your admin allows.

    • Safe use: data controls and PDPA

      On personal plans, the "Improve the model for everyone" setting under Data controls decides whether new chats may train OpenAI's models. Business and Enterprise data is not used for training by default. Your PDPA duties stay with your company, so we agree which data stays out.

    Module 2

    Agents in ChatGPT: working with always-on agents

    For team leads, admins and anyone who will hand ongoing work to an agent.

    At DevDay on 29 September 2026, OpenAI introduced dots: always-on agents in ChatGPT that take on ongoing responsibility and keep making progress between conversations. ChatGPT Business also lists workspace agents. This module is about setting them up safely and checking their work.

    • What a dot can reach

      Each dot works with its own cloud computer, its own browser and the apps you connect. Access to your local computer is optional and starts turned off.

    • Setting one up safely

      A dot is created in the ChatGPT desktop app or on desktop web. Connect only the apps it needs, and review each app's permissions before you connect it. Plugin permissions are shared across dots, ChatGPT, ChatGPT Work and Codex.

    • Rules and approvals

      Custom Rules let you allow specific actions, require approval, or block them. Built-in safety requirements always apply, and the most sensitive actions, such as changing a password or transferring money, stay with you. Approving one message does not give ongoing permission.

    • Reviewing the work

      Activity View in the desktop app shows ongoing and delegated tasks and the steps taken. OpenAI says dots can still make mistakes, so we set a routine for reviewing consequential work, and show how to pause or reset a dot.

    • Workspace agents and team rules

      Where your workspace has workspace agents, we apply the same questions: what it can reach, who approves what, and who reviews the output.

    • Data and memory

      Disconnecting an app does not delete what a dot already learned from it; resetting the dot does. Business and Enterprise workspace data is not used for training by default.

    Availability depends on your ChatGPT plan. At launch, dots are on Pro and Business Premium seats, and Enterprise admins can turn on a beta. The rollout is gradual, so we check what your plan includes before the course. Compare ChatGPT plans in Malaysia

    Format

    Instructor-led, in-house

    Run as corporate cohorts at your office or remotely, across Malaysia and Singapore. Course fees are quoted on enquiry against team size and scope.

    Scoped per client and built on your workflows. Workshops run a minimum of four hours to stay claimable, with a 14-day lead time after grant approval.

    HRD Corp

    HRD Corp claimable — we file the grant and the claim.

    To claim, your company must be registered with HRD Corp and paying the levy — compulsory at ten or more Malaysian employees, optional at five to nine. We file the grant application and the claim for you.

    In Singapore, training is commercial: we are not an SSG Registered Training Provider, so there is no SSG funding to claim. HRD Corp claimable AI training

    • Agreed rules on which data stays out of ChatGPT under your policy and PDPA.

    ChatGPT training — common questions

    Yes, for training delivered in Malaysia, provided your company is registered with HRD Corp and paying the levy — compulsory at ten or more Malaysian employees, optional at five to nine. Anchor Sprint is an HRD Corp approved training provider. Every workshop runs at least the four-hour claimable minimum, and we file the grant application and the claim for you.

    We quote on scope rather than publishing a rate card. Tell us the module, the headcount and where you are based, and we will come back with a quotation. In Malaysia, the HRD Corp levy your company already pays can cover it.
